What locations do you ship to?
Currently we offer worldwide shipping to most countries; however shipping is not offered to Guadeloupe, North Korea, Russia, and Ukraine. ย We package and ship orders to nearly every country across the globe but transit time will vary from location to location. Shipping calculations will be determined at time of checkout. ALL SHIPPING COSTS will be determined based on your address or the address you intend to ship to.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order is packed and shipped, you will get a notification with your tracking information. ย
Will I receive a tracking number for my package?
Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as we are able to ship your order. Sometimes additional delays may arise that are beyond our control such as postal delays or customs inspections. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
How long does it take to arrive once shipped?
Our items are made to order and typically take 1-3 days to process. The delivery time frame is anywhere from 1-10 business days depending on your location. International order time frames will vary and will be available to you once address is entered into cart. Please allow extra time during busy seasons as postal delays are beyond our control. Additional factors such as distance, customs, natural disasters may cause further postal delays. Tracking information, including carriers, are provided with every order. What to do if my order is lost in the mail?
Each item is shipped with tracking information. Please refer to the tracking number that was emailed to you with your order. Please reach out to the shipping carrier to see if they can possibly locate your item via the tracking number. Are there any hidden customs fees or import taxes?
All prices on our webpage are displayed in USD with all taxes completely covered on our end. However, depending on your location and laws in your area, you may be liable to pay duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once you receive your order. Return/Refund policy
DUE TO THE NATURE of our products weย DO NOT offer RETURNS. Our items are made when purchased.ย Weโre happy to offer a refund if there is any damage to an order. This can be things like manufacturing errors, items arriving with holes, or the order arriving with clear, demonstrable damage. To do so, please reach out with photo evidence of the itemโs improper condition.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youโll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once weโve received and inspected your photos documenting your damage, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youโll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
