Refund policy
Due to the sexual nature of our products we do not prefer returns. However, should you wish to return anything bought from us we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resalable condition. Please contact us within 14 days of purchase. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (shipped back within 7 days after our return authorization) and in original, undamaged packaging. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. Shipping Costs - If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund any delivery charges paid by you in sending the item as well as paying your costs of returning it to us. We may also elect to have you keep the original product without return shipping depending on the item. If we choose to accept a return for a reason other than defect on error on our part, original shipping will not be refunded and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
This can be things like manufacturing errors, items arriving with holes, or the order arriving with clear, demonstrable damage. To do so, please reach out with photo evidence of the item’s improper condition. Any signs of use will result in automatic rejection of return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
***DUE to the PLUSHNESS of some of our products, some white may be visible in prints and colors when fibers are stroked. Please note, this is not a printing error.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Also includes opened or used products.
Exchanges
We DO NOT offer exchanges at this time.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your photos documenting your damage, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
