What locations do you ship to?

Currently we offer worldwide shipping to most countries; however shipping is not offered to Guadeloupe, North Korea, Russia, and Ukraine.  We package and ship orders to nearly every country across the globe but transit time will vary from location to location. Shipping calculations will be determined at time of checkout. ALL SHIPPING COSTS will be determined based on your address or the address you intend to ship to.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order is packed and shipped, you will get a notification with your tracking information.  

Will I receive a tracking number for my package?

Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as we are able to ship your order. Sometimes additional delays may arise that are beyond our control such as postal delays or customs inspections. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

How long does it take to arrive once shipped?

Our items are made to order and typically take 1-3 days to process. The delivery time frame is anywhere from 1-10 business days depending on your location. International order time frames will vary and will be available to you once address is entered into cart. Please allow extra time during busy seasons as postal delays are beyond our control. Additional factors such as distance, customs, natural disasters may cause further postal delays. Tracking information, including carriers, are provided with every order. What to do if my order is lost in the mail?

Each item is shipped with tracking information. Please refer to the tracking number that was emailed to you with your order. Please reach out to the shipping carrier to see if they can possibly locate your item via the tracking number. If your order happens to get lost in transit, please reach out to us immediately at info@nectarnapkins.com so that we can assist you.

Are there any hidden customs fees or import taxes?

All prices on our webpage are displayed in USD with all taxes completely covered on our end. However, depending on your location and laws in your area, you may be liable to pay duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once you receive your order. Import taxes , duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Please seek additional guidance based on your location and the associated import laws. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your customs office.

Extended delays

In some instances, the delivery time may take longer than our policy states. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help resolve any situation that we have control over.
